Sally Louise Robertson, 73 of Normal, Illinois, passed peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at 12:50am at Heritage Health Care, Normal, Illinois. According to her wishes cremation rites will be accorded. A private family celebration gathering will be held at a later time. The family requests memorials to be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation in her memory. Beck Memorial Home, Bloomington, Illinois is in charge of arrangements. Sally was born on July 30, 1943 in Anamosa, Iowa, the daughter of Kenneth and Wanda Skinner Lager. She married Robert Lee Robertson on December 11, 1963 in Morris, Illinois. He preceded her in death on January 18, 2017.  Sally is survived by her children; Roxanne (Rick) Heinen of Waterloo, IA, Lisa (Ruben) Martinez-Sanchez of Normal, Robert Lee (Nicole) Robertson II of Arlington, TX and Kenneth (Rae Anne) Robertson of Bloomington, Step Daughters; Candy (Tony) George of Racine, WI, Karma (Tom) Britson of Hendersonville, TN and Bobbi Jane (Steve) Nelson of Racine, WI, her sister Victoria “Vicki” (Dan) McConaghy of Moline, IL, 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Sally was a member of Epiphany Catholic Church of Normal. She was a Supervisor of the Civil Division for the Circuit Clerks Office of McLean County. After her retirement from the county she went to work for Beck Memorial Home for another 2 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She will be greatly missed by her family.
